Postdoc developing new NMR methodology at the Institute of Structural Biology in Grenoble, France. Obtained my PhD in Chemistry from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, and before that a BS in Forensic Biochemistry from the University of Central Florida. During my undergraduate, I was a Research Associate at the Defense Forensic Science Center and an undergraduate research assistant at the National Institute for Forensic Science. My previous research includes analytical strategies for gunshot residue analysis and optimization of the forensic DNA flowthrough. I am deeply interested in how we can increase accessibility of technical research to the public and create greater confidence and understanding of forensic evidence presented in the courtroom.
